Bang-Bang 2023

Bang-bang is a natural, unfiltered sparkling wine made from Hárslevelű and Furmint. We pressed the grapes in bunches and bottled them immediately after the noisy fermentation, so the fermentation finished in the bottle, where the sugar was converted into alcohol and carbonic acid. It is a fresh, fruity, light sparkling wine, with a broom left over from the fermentation at the bottom of the bottle. When you cool it, it sparkles, when you shake it, it is fibrous.
