Tokaji Szamorodni 2018 – 6 bottles

A traditional full-bodied, dry Tokaji wine.
Its aroma features dried and candied fruits: apricot, fig, apple, and pear. On the palate, it has notes of almond and green walnut, with strong salty and mineral characteristics on the finish.

Dry Szamorodni is a true late-harvest wine.
At the end of October or the beginning of November, we select bunches that contain botrytised berries, but with a sugar level not high enough to make sweet Szamorodni. After destemming, the grapes were soaked for one day, then pressed and aged in barrels for three years.

A very concentrated, true gastronomic wine.
Recommended with mushrooms, aged cheeses, and meats.
